In using the service of BeautySensationz you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below-

Shipping and Delivery Time 

 You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 12 – 15 business days of placing the order.


Shipping times given are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, etc

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or  there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it.

Damaged Items 

We take strict measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a rare  possibility that the item may be damaged during transit; there might be a manufacturing defect; or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

If you have received a damaged item please contact us by email within 48 hours of your receipt of the package.

It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself.

The item would need to be returned to us so we can investigate further.

Shipping costs will be on your account, and will be refunded once investigation is complete and a new item has been sent to you. In the event of the same item not being available, you will receive a full refund.


Always email us first if you have a problem.

 Always be sure to report the problem to us within 48 hours of receiving the item in question.

Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when    describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

Always return your items using express courier as it was received by you.

Any shipping costs returning the product to India above that of what the cost of shipping charges were on the invoice you received when ordering your product from India are the responsibility of the customer.

Please return item within 7 working days of confirmation from us, and with original packing & in original condition (no worn, washed, used or altered items would be accepted).

We will  examine the garment you return to figure out what went wrong, and to take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring, so just as safe delivery to the customer was our responsibility, in the same way return shipping the product back safely to

The distribution Hub is the responsibility of the customer. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through correct tracking numbers and keep hold of a copy of the waybill.

Be advised that only in the event of a factory defect, a damaged item, or the wrong item being delivered, would the shipping and administration fees be considered refundable.

Should the customer just not approve of the item and wishes to return the product?

All return shipping cost would be at the customer’s expense and once received; the customer would be refunded only for the cost of the product alone.

Colour Disclaimer :

There may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography,Colour settings and capabilities of monitors and screens.

All the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits ordered.

Kindly note that no refund will be issued on stitched items.

In case of a refund beautysensationz will apply payment gateway charges to the customer.
